I am an extrovert working on a team where everyone is remote and it creates an office space that doesn’t physically exist. I think Jason is woefully under-selling how much this matters to someone like me.

On the flip side, I strongly agree with everything Jason said about the false sense of urgency and the difficulty of keeping up with the discussion. Since nearly half of our company works while I sleep, I often wake up to a bunch of messages.
